Mark Cook is our managing member. Mr. Cook started at a young age in the roofing industry and worked his way from a laborer to a journeyman roofer, to own and operate his own roofing co. Over this 30 year span his roofing company completed numerous local, state, and federal roofing projects. Mr. Cook has a very skillful understanding of roofing, waterproofing, moisture prevention, exterior wall systems, and glazing.

Mr. Cook brings forth a complete understanding of Estimating, Negotiating, Interpreting Drawings and Specifications, as well as a thorough knowledge of sheet metal and fabrications of sheet metal products.

Mr. Cook furthers his construction knowledge with his entrepreneur skills, by building and owning his own multi-family and light commercial properties. Which allows him to always be at the forefront of understanding the multi and sometimes complex cycles of the construction industries.

Mr. Cook is a licensed Independent Adjuster and Public Adjuster in several States throughout the USA. Mr. Cook is also a member of the Roofing Consultants Institute and Haag, Wind, and Commercial Certified, TWIA Residential and Commercial Certified, and NFIP Authorized. Mr. Cook also has numerous roofing manufacturer certified installer certificates and/or approved applicator.
